• Do you provide emergency handyman services?

  While we're developing our 24/7 emergency service capability, we make every effort to accommodate urgent repair needs during regular business hours.

• Do I need to provide materials for repairs?

  For installation of client-purchased items, you provide the materials. For repairs, we can supply necessary materials or provide expert advice on what to purchase.

• How much does a handyman cost in Seattle?

  Our rates start at $99 for small jobs under two hours. Half-day service (up to 4 hours) starts at $350, and full-day service (up to 8 hours) starts at $600. Final pricing depends on the scope and materials required — we always provide a detailed quote before starting.

• Are your handymen licensed and insured?

• What's the difference between a handyman and a general contractor?

  A handyman handles smaller-scope repairs, maintenance, and installations — work that doesn't require permits or multi-trade coordination. A general contractor manages larger projects like remodels, additions, and structural work where permits and subcontractors are involved. Stanis LLC is licensed as a Washington General Contractor and offers BOTH tiers — so we can handle a 30-minute fix or a multi-week remodel under the same accountability and warranty.

• Do you offer same-day or next-day handyman service?

  We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Depending on our current schedule, same-day or next-day service may be available. Contact us early in the day for the best chance at a quick appointment.

• Can you handle multiple small jobs in one visit?

  Absolutely — that's one of the most popular ways our customers use our service. Book a half-day or full-day appointment and we'll work through your entire to-do list efficiently, saving you time and money compared to scheduling separate visits.
